In-home interviews with unbranded product rotation in insulated carriers—cake bars, Laban, and yoghurt across Saudi households.

Each respondent tested two products. Branded products had to be presented unbranded, carried by interviewers in insulated bags or ice boxes, and redistributed every other day. All interviews took place in the respondent’s home.
Interviews were conducted in the respondent’s home. The first product was presented unbranded and evaluated on overall likeability, taste, purchase intent, and organoleptic parameters. The second product followed the same protocol.
Preference between the two products was captured at the end of each interview, together with the reasons behind it.
The projects were delivered in a well-organized way that opened the door for more similar in-home product tests.
