These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to ifieldpro.com and general use of online materials published by iFieldPro company. Separate written agreements, statements of work, or field orders govern paid research and data collection engagements.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
If you engage iFieldPro for fieldwork, the signed client agreement, proposal acceptance, and project documentation prevail over these Terms where they conflict.
2. About our services

- Introduce malware, scrape the site excessively, or interfere with its operation.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms.
4. Proposals and inquiries
Information you submit through contact or proposal forms must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or project obligation until both parties agree in writing on scope, fees, and timeline.

6. Confidentiality
Business information you share for proposals may be kept confidential on request and handled according to our standard confidentiality practices. Formal non-disclosure terms apply when set out in a client agreement.
7. Research ethics and respondent care
We design fieldwork to follow professional research standards, client instructions, and applicable regulations. Respondents receive appropriate information and consent processes for each study.
